I agree with comments on the 5th bad eating habit, I 8767 d only wish to further say that eating alot of food late at night also cause disturbed sleep because a lot of energy will be required to enhance the process of digestion. It is therefore good to eat modestly at night for an enjoyable sleep/rest.
But what you presented about identifying cues seems so overwhelming to me. When it comes to food/overeating, I don 8767 t notice 6 or 7 clear habits like 8775 drinking 8 cans of soda in front of the computer 8776 but rather a bunch of subtle habits, like often having urges to snack from being bored at work- not at one particular time but throughout the entire workday. Or craving the 8775 energy 8776 that comes from eating from the moment I pick up my 8 year old, until the moment he goes to sleep as opposed to a specific habit that is related to a specific time of day/ place.

I was wondering if (and how) rising time affects baking time? I just put a loaf I have had risen for 75 hours into the oven, and took the lid of after 85 minutes, but it still seemed rather moist. Does baking time increase if you let the dough rise for a longer time?
